2. Requirements:
Please understand that only qualified returns are possible and exchanges are not possible. If the product is returned through company inspection, a refund will be issued.
1) Items may be canceled in the following cases:

If you've posted a return request within 24 hours of payment but the order is still 'on hold' (contact customer service if the order is 'on hold' being transported'), or

Where the order is delayed more than 10 days after payment and no notification of the delay has been received, or
-
In case the ordered product is out of stock.
2) Returns are allowed in the following cases:
**How to return goods
(1) Please post a return request on the return forum within 3 days of receiving the goods. Must attach a photo of the product received and write down the product code, order number, and reason for return.
(2) The customer service person in charge will contact you via email or phone to help.
(3) Returned goods must be in their original condition including tags and packaging. Additionally, you must note the order number, name, and user ID.
* Please comply with the above instructions and note that only when the return request is approved by our company staff will a return be allowed. Without prior consent, returns to our company will not be accepted.
* Please note that even if the product has defects/faults, all tags and labels must be returned undamaged. Goods must be in their original packaging without wear.
* Please include all contents of the original package and gifts (if applicable).
* Our company will bear the shipping fees for returning goods due to company responsibility reasons. However, in cases where EMS refunds cannot be shipped, you can scan the return invoice and mail it or post a picture on the forum along with the product to be returned. Once the returned product arrives, shipping charges will be refunded.
3) Returns are not allowed in the following cases:
- In case you change your mind (size, color...) and return the product.
- Return shoes, bags or other accessories.
- In case the product is damaged due to carelessness in handling by the customer.
- If the customer's return request is not approved by our staff.
The following items are not considered defects:
The product was originally manufactured without tags or labels

4) In case there is a missing product in the order:
*Within 1 day after shipping, please contact the customer center via phone or bulletin board (if unreachable).
*Until further instructions, please preserve all contents of the original package including packaging (box, plastic bag, etc.).
In the event that packaging materials are lost or damaged, it may not be possible to process a refund for lost goods.
